Environment: I expected a very high level (also given the name of the place). Externally it appears very nice, but I found the interior, although certainly well-kept, chromatically "cacophonous": a wall with green bamboo on one side, red and brown on another, and on the tables transparent violet lamps adorned with small Christmas wreaths. In short, there is a lack of general chromatic harmony. Another note on chopsticks: disposable "all you can eat", and so far nothing bad, but not at the level of the distinct tone that the place would like to give itself. Food: the presentation of the dishes is careful and spectacular, and the quality of the raw materials is certainly sufficient even if, overall, average. If on the one hand, for example, some particular proposals stand out, such as the uramaki with raw scampi, on the other, the courgette flower stuffed and fried in definitely not top quality oil was quite sad. Service: impeccable, very kind, helpful and welcoming. Price: calibrated more on expectations than on the actual concreteness of the offer. The total expense for 2 dishes each, 2 glasses of prosecco, and 1 bottle of water was almost €100: a little too much for what is currently offered by this place which, certainly ambitious, in my opinion still needs to refine the final surrender of one's potential.

The food is excellent, fish (including crudités) of the highest quality. Special mention for the raw tuna which is truly fantastic. The cellar is also excellent, with a vast choice of national and international wines. Impeccable service. Large and very comfortable chairs, very spacious tables. It's just a shame that there was such confusion that I couldn't hear what my girlfriend was saying to me, unless I approached her every time. Too many people talking loudly. We will definitely return, perhaps in the middle of the week hoping to find a quieter environment.

Eating here was an experience that truly satisfied all 5 senses, I only ate sushi and raw food which exceeded all expectations, the combinations were imaginative and particular... the attention to detail and the excellent taste is evident throughout the environment and in food, the staff was professional, prepared, kind, scrupulous, always present but not intrusive. For us it was a 5 star without a doubt.
